Ingredients
- 4 c. dashi (4 c. water and 1 Tbsp. hondashi, Japanese seasoning)
- 3 oz. lean pork
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. miso, or to taste
- 1 long green onion and top, cut into 1/2-inch lengths or 2-inch onions cut crosswise into thin slices
- 2 tsp. ginger juice*
Method
- *Peel and grate fresh ginger root, then squeeze.
