Ingredients
- 4 Minute steaks (cubed beef)
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves, crushed
- garlic salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. cold, hard butter
Method
- Sprinkle steaks with marjoram, garlic salt and pepper.
- Cut butter into 4 sticks of equal size.
- Place 1 stick of butter on each steak and roll ends over to completely cover butter; skewer to keep closed.
- Broil over medium coals, turning often until steak is browned on outside, rare inside, about 10 to 12 minutes.
