Ingredients

  • 4 Minute steaks (cubed beef)
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves, crushed
  • garlic salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. cold, hard butter

Method

  • Sprinkle steaks with marjoram, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Cut butter into 4 sticks of equal size.
  • Place 1 stick of butter on each steak and roll ends over to completely cover butter; skewer to keep closed.
  • Broil over medium coals, turning often until steak is browned on outside, rare inside, about 10 to 12 minutes.
