Ingredients
- 1 lb. flank steaks, scored on both sides in diamond pattern
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
Method
- Place ingredients in a plastic bag, adding meat last.
- Tie bag and marinate overnight.
- Broil; cut in thin slices across the grain on an angle.
- If you wish to use the marinade as a sauce, make fresh batch.
- Do not use the marinade that has held the raw meat!
