Ingredients
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 to 4 drops flavoring (peppermint, etc.)
- food coloring (paste not liquid)
Method
- Sift powdered sugar.
- Cut cream cheese into sugar.
- Add flavoring and color.
- Put powdered sugar on hands and knead mixture until color is even.
- Press mixture into rubber molds.
- Pop out and put on paper towel for a few minutes.
- Store in airtight container with wax paper between layers.
- These can be made up to 2 weeks in advance and put in freezer.
- Makes approximately 200 mints.
