Ingredients
- FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
- 1 cup So Delicious Mint Chocolate Coconut Milk
- 6 ounces, weight So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt, Plain (vanilla Would Work Too)
- 1/2 whole Peeled And Frozen Banana
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1/8 teaspoons Xanthum Gum (optional)
- FOR OPTIONAL TOPPING:
- 1/2 teaspoons Mini Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tablespoons Dairy Free Whipped Cream
Method
- Place all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and add optional toppings if desired.
