Ingredients
- 1 large can salmon
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Method
- Drain salmon, flake into a bowl and blend other ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a buttered dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until top is delicate brown.
