Ingredients

  • 1 (10 count) can biscuits
  • 1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • chopped onion, cheese, etc. (optional)

Method

  • Flatten one biscuit to a thickness of approximately 1/4-inch. Then slice the sausage to 1/2-inch wedges.
  • Lay sausage on flattened biscuit and flatten to cover biscuit.
  • Then roll up until sausage is covered.
  • Slice roll into 1/2 to 3/4-inch wedges.
  • Lay wedges onto a cookie sheet or flat pan, sprayed with Pam.
  • Flatten wedges and add pizza sauce to each wedge.
  • Add other toppings at this time.
  • Place cookie sheet into a preheated 400° oven and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool and enjoy. (One can of biscuits will make about 40 pizzas.)
