Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chives
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne pepper
Method
- Beat butter and cream cheese in medium bowl until creamy; blend in flour.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Roll into 24 (1-inch) balls and press each into mini muffin cup.
