Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • pork loin

Method

  • Mix marinade in a glass dish.
  • Add pork, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning 3 to 4 times.
  • To grill: Use drip pan with 1 inch water.
  • Gas:
  • Medium/Low; place on grill over drip pan.
  • Cover, grill 30 minutes until it begins to brown. Turn and grill until 160 degrees.
  • Turn every 20 minutes.
  • Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
