Ingredients
- 3/4 c. olive oil
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- pork loin
Method
- Mix marinade in a glass dish.
- Add pork, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning 3 to 4 times.
- To grill: Use drip pan with 1 inch water.
- Gas:
- Medium/Low; place on grill over drip pan.
- Cover, grill 30 minutes until it begins to brown. Turn and grill until 160 degrees.
- Turn every 20 minutes.
- Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
