Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. pickle relish
Method
- Place eggs in
- saucepan.
- Cover with cold water.
- Place on heat and cover with
- lid.
- Bring
- to a boil.
- Burn heat low and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
- Drain eggs and run cold water over them and crack to cool.
- Peel eggs when cool or when cool enough to handle.
- Cut
- lengthwise.
- Remove
- yolk with a fork. Add all ingredients and
- mix
- well.
- Fill
- the
- white with the mixture and put egg
- together with a toothpick to hold together.
- Wrap in wax paper.
- Chill until time to pack.
