Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. pickle relish

Method

  • Place eggs in
  • saucepan.
  • Cover with cold water.
  • Place on heat and cover with
  • lid.
  • Bring
  • to a boil.
  • Burn heat low and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
  • Drain eggs and run cold water over them and crack to cool.
  • Peel eggs when cool or when cool enough to handle.
  • Cut
  • lengthwise.
  • Remove
  • yolk with a fork. Add all ingredients and
  • mix
  • well.
  • Fill
  • the
  • white with the mixture and put egg
  • together with a toothpick to hold together.
  • Wrap in wax paper.
  • Chill until time to pack.
