Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Green Giant pasta accents garlic seasoning frozen vegetable pasta
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can ready to serve beef broth
  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 lb. cubed cooked smoked sausage or pepperoni
  • 1/4 c. fresh chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 6 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • In large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese.
  • Cook uncovered over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
