Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
- 2 c. pecan pieces
- 1/4 bar paraffin
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method
- Melt caramels in milk over low heat; add pecans.
- Drop by teaspoons onto buttered wax paper.
- Chill.
- Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in heavy saucepan over low heat.
- Dip candy into chocolate and return to waxed paper.
- Chill.
- Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
