- 1 fresh coconut, drained and grated
- 1 lb. box graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 10 oz. marshmallows, warmed in oven
- 1/2 lb. English walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 lb. pecans, chopped
- 1/2 lb. seedless raisins
- 1/2 lb. dates
- 1/2 lb. candied cherries
- 3 or 4 candied pineapple rings, chopped
Method
- Work all of this together.
- Line a container with wax paper. Press ingredients in well.
- Keep in refrigerator and slice as desired.
