Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 12 large or 24 miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- pinch of salt
Method
- Drain pineapple juice; take pineapple juice and add water to make 2 cups.
- Bring to boil.
- Add jello and marshmallows.
- Add ingredients.
- When cool, put in molds or cut in blocks and serve on lettuce leaf.
