Ingredients
- 200 grams Milk
- 3 tbsp Skimmed milk
- 40 grams Sugar
Method
- Put the ingredients in a heat-proof container, mix, then microwave until it rises.
- Let it cool in the fridge.
- (Knead twice.)
- I used 1 tablespoon of skimmed milk (powdered) per 100g of milk, but more might be better.
- The photo shows milk and sugar only.
- It's crunchy and delicious.
