Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • 1-1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2-1/4 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 10 ounces, weight Bag Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 8 ounces, weight Bag Toffee Bits
  • 1/2 cups Smoked Almonds, Chopped

Method

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Prepare 2 sheet pans by lining them with parchment or a Silpat.
  • 2. In the bowl of a standing mixer, cream together the butter and the sugar.
  • 3. Add the eggs and the vanilla and mix well.
  • 4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
  • 5. Add the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture and combine well.
  • 6. Add the almonds, chocolate chips and toffee and combine well.
  • 7. Scoop cookie dough onto the prepared sheet pans, leaving an inch or two between each to allow for spreading. Bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes.
  • 8. Remove from the heat and let the cookies cool on a rack.
