Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Roasted Garbanzo Beans
  • 3/4 cups Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 Tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Greek Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Onion Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Greek Olive Oil, As Needed
  • Chopped Fresh Dill, For Garnish (optional)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Lay beans in a single layer on a baking sheet pan and bake 12 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and place in a food processor, pulse several times.
  • Add feta cheese, tahini, lemon zest and juice, oregano, garlic powder, onion salt, and black pepper; pulse to combine.
  • While processor is running, slowly stream in oil until dip has the desired consistency and is creamy.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with dill.
  • Serve with your favorite chips!
