Ingredients
- 3 1/2 qts. popped corn
- 1/4 c. corn syrup
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Method
- Put popcorn in a large paper bag.
- Place the rest of the ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl.
- Boil for 2 minutes (approximatley 4 minutes in the microwave depending on butter and microwave.)
- Add 1/2 tsp. baking soda.
- Stir and pour over popcorn in the paper bag. Microwave (in bag) for 1
- 1/2 minutes on full power.
- Stir. Microwave for another 1
- 1/2 minutes on full power.
- Take out of microwave and stir in bag.
- Spread on a cookie sheet to cool.
