Ingredients

  • 8 fresh peaches, sliced (about 5 cups)
  • 1/3 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup all-purpose baking mix
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Method

  • Heat oven to 375F.
  • Toss peaches with next 6 ingredients in large saucepan.
  • Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour into 9-inch square baking dish.
  • Stir baking mix, granulated sugar and milk in medium bowl until mixture forms soft dough.
  • Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto hot fruit mixture.
  • Bake 28 to 30 min.
  • or until biscuits are golden brown.
