Ingredients
- 8 fresh peaches, sliced (about 5 cups)
- 1/3 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 cup all-purpose baking mix
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
Method
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Toss peaches with next 6 ingredients in large saucepan.
- Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into 9-inch square baking dish.
- Stir baking mix, granulated sugar and milk in medium bowl until mixture forms soft dough.
- Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto hot fruit mixture.
- Bake 28 to 30 min.
- or until biscuits are golden brown.
