Ingredients
- 4 russet potatoes, cubed
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt (more or less or to taste)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Method
- In microwave safe dish, combine all ingrediants.
- Cook in microwave for 20 - 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir after first 10 minutes.
