Ingredients
- 1 bag O'Brien potatoes, thawed
- 1 can chunky mushroom soup or 1 can chicken soup
- 1 can sour cream
- pepper or Nature's Seasons
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Butter 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Put half of potato mix in pan; put half of cheese over this.
- Add rest of potatoes and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Stir and add rest of cheese on top.
- Bake 15 minutes more until brown on top.
- May add ham chunks.
