Ingredients
- 4 qt. popcorn
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Method
- Pop popcorn and put in large microwaveproof bowl.
- Mix in another glass bowl the brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt. Cook on High for 2 minutes.
- Stir and cook for another 3 minutes. Add vanilla and soda.
- Pour over, a little at a time, the popcorn. Stir and mix well.
- Cook in microwave for 1 minute on High. Stir again.
- Pour rest of sauce over popcorn.
- Cook again for 2 minutes.
- Then cool on cookie sheet.
