Ingredients

  • 8 oz. bag medium noodles
  • 1 box white raisins
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 lb. cream cheese (1 small, 1 large)
  • 1 small lemon (1 Tbsp. lemon juice)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Method

  • Boil noodles for 6 minutes, then drain.
  • Add butter to noodles.
  • Separate eggs.
  • Take yolk and mix with sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla flavor and lemon juice.
  • Add white raisins to mix.
  • Beat and fold white of eggs.
  • Pour in dish or pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
