Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. halibut fillets, cut in serving pieces
Method
- In a 10-inch glass baking dish, heat butter 30 seconds.
- Add mustard, parsley flakes, lemon juice and garlic powder; stir to blend.
- Coat fish in sauce and arrange around sides of dish. Cook, covered, 5 to 6 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
- Rest, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
- Yields 4 to 5 servings.
