Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. halibut fillets, cut in serving pieces

Method

  • In a 10-inch glass baking dish, heat butter 30 seconds.
  • Add mustard, parsley flakes, lemon juice and garlic powder; stir to blend.
  • Coat fish in sauce and arrange around sides of dish. Cook, covered, 5 to 6 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
  • Rest, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
  • Yields 4 to 5 servings.
