Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 c. fresh peeled sliced apples
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. quince jelly, dissolved in 1/4 c. applejack
Method
- Line a deep 10-inch pie plate with pastry.
- Put apple mixture in pastry and bake at 360° for 55 to 60 minutes.
