Ingredients
- 3 (16 oz. or 24 oz.) Cool Whip
- 3 boxes pistachio instant pudding
- 2 large cans crushed pineapple
- 1 large bag small marshmallows
- 2 c. broken pecans
- 1 small pkg. coconut (optional)
Method
- In large bowl add Cool Whip, dry pistachio instant pudding and pineapple.
- Mix ingredients together.
- Add pecans and coconut (optional).
- Keep in refrigerator.
- About 2 or 3 hours before serving, add marshmallows.
- Mix.
- Put back in refrigerator. Enjoy.
