- 2 c. water
- 1/4 lb. unpeeled fresh shrimp
- 1 (8 oz.) carton unsalted whipped butter
- 6 fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
- 3 large green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. fresh lump crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 1/2 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
- butter
- paprika
- 4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Method
- Bring 2 cups water to a boil.
- Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
- Drain well; rinse with cold water.
- Peel and devein shrimp.
- Combine whipped butter and next 3 ingredients; add shrimp.
- Add salt, basil, poultry seasoning, garlic and lemon juice; mix well.
