Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 1/4 lb. unpeeled fresh shrimp
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton unsalted whipped butter
  • 6 fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 3 large green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lb. fresh lump crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
  • 1/2 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
  • butter
  • paprika
  • 4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Method

  • Bring 2 cups water to a boil.
  • Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Drain well; rinse with cold water.
  • Peel and devein shrimp.
  • Combine whipped butter and next 3 ingredients; add shrimp.
  • Add salt, basil, poultry seasoning, garlic and lemon juice; mix well.
