- 1 large bag frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. onion, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- paprika
Method
- Combine the first 7 ingredients and put into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour melted butter on top; cover with cheese.
- Top with paprika.
- Bake in oven at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
- If cheese starts to get too brown, cover with foil.
- Serves 10 to 12.
- Can be frozen.
