Ingredients
- 4 (No. 2) cans hominy, drained
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
- 2 cans chopped green chilies
- 2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
- seasoned salt and garlic salt to taste
Method
- Saute chilies and season; cook 10 minutes.
- Add sour cream. Top with cheese and bake until bubbly.
