Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 pkg. tortillas
  • cheese, grated
  • onions, minced

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325° to 350°.
  • In skillet, brown meat.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add soups and sauce to meat and mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Line baking dish with tortillas and meat mixture.
  • Top off with grated cheese and onions.
  • Bake at 325° to 350° about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Can be made ahead and frozen.
