- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 pkg. tortillas
- cheese, grated
- onions, minced
Method
- Preheat oven to 325° to 350°.
- In skillet, brown meat.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add soups and sauce to meat and mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
- Line baking dish with tortillas and meat mixture.
- Top off with grated cheese and onions.
- Bake at 325° to 350° about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
