Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. taco sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 1/4 c. Monterey Jack (6 oz. bag), shredded
Method
- Cook and stir ground beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet and then drain.
- Stir in the taco sauce and beans and 1 cup of the cheese.
- Heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Dip with your favorite chips. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
