Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons fat free plain yogurt
- 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (low-cal if desired)
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 tsp. rum extract
- 1 c. reduced fat frozen whipped topping, thawed
Method
- Mix yogurt and pudding mix in a bowl; stir in pineapple and extracts.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Delicious with fruits.
