Ingredients

  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
  • 3 avocados, mashed with salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 3 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (6 oz.) can sliced olives
  • 1 (12 oz.) block Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 to 4 jalapeno peppers, sliced (optional)

Method

  • On a round serving platter, layer the following, bean dip, avocados mixed with lemon juice, sour cream mixed with taco seasoning, onions, tomatoes, olives, cheese and jalapenos.
  • Serve with corn chips.
