Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 6 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Method
- Combine butter, chocolate and lowfat milk.
- Heat till bubbles form around edges.
- Remove from heat and add in powdered sugar and vanilla and nuts.
- Beat 1 minute.
- Frost cake while still hot.
- (Frosting is not stiff.)
