Ingredients
- 1 cut up fryer
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. mustard
Method
- Melt margarine in a shallow baking pan in a 375° oven.
- Remove from oven and add honey and mustard.
- Stir mixture together.
- Coat chicken in sauce and place in one layer, meaty side up.
- Bake one hour or until done at 375°.
