Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cooked and boned
- 1 (8 oz.) box Velveeta
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large bag crushed tortilla chips
Method
- Mix Velveeta, Ro-Tel and both cans of soup (undiluted) in a medium size saucepan or in a microwavable bowl.
- Heat until cheese melts.
- In baking dish or casserole dish, alternate layers of chicken, chips and cheese mixture, ending with chips on top.
- Heat in a 350° oven until lightly browned.
