Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cooked and boned
  • 1 (8 oz.) box Velveeta
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large bag crushed tortilla chips

Method

  • Mix Velveeta, Ro-Tel and both cans of soup (undiluted) in a medium size saucepan or in a microwavable bowl.
  • Heat until cheese melts.
  • In baking dish or casserole dish, alternate layers of chicken, chips and cheese mixture, ending with chips on top.
  • Heat in a 350° oven until lightly browned.
