- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 fryer
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Boil chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Mix onion, cheese, garlic, chili powder, soups and tomatoes.
- Soften tortillas in chicken broth and line the bottom of the dish. Cover with chicken mixture.
- Put into dish in 3 layers.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
