Ingredients
- sliced cucumbers
- sliced onions
- sliced squash
- sliced bell peppers
- 4 c. sugar
- 4 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Method
- Layer cucumbers, onions, squash and bell peppers to fill wide-mouth gallon jar.
- Mix rest of ingredients together.
- Stir syrup until dissolved, then pour over veggies layered in jar. Refrigerate 2 weeks, then ready to eat.
