Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans Spanish rice
- 1/2 lb. American cheese, sliced
Method
- Brown meat in skillet with onion; drain fat.
- Add Spanish rice and stir. Turn heat to simmer and lay cheese slices on top of mixture. Cover and let melt for 15 minutes. Stir and serve with hot bread.
