Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- In an oblong cake pan, place cherry pie filling.
- Next, put a layer of pineapple.
- Sprinkle the cake mix on top and drizzle the margarine over this.
- Sprinkle with coconut and then pecans.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
