Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can chili beans (no meat)
- 1 (16 oz.) can Spanish rice
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Put browned beef and onion in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Cover with chili beans (undrained).
- Cover with Spanish rice.
- Top with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
