Ingredients
- 1 qt. strawberries, sliced
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. strawberry jello (dry)
- 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 deep dish pie shells, baked
- 1 carton Cool Whip
Method
- Boil ingredients for 10 minutes or until thickened.
- Cool. Place sliced berries in 2 cooked pie shells.
- Pour mixture over berries.
- Refrigerate.
- Top with Cool Whip prior to serving.
