Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
  • grated cheese
  • Fritos

Method

  • Brown ground beef.
  • Cook with chopped onion, garlic salt and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat mushroom soup, chicken soup, Ro-Tel and taco sauce in pan.
  • Mix soup mixture with meat.
  • Place layer of Fritos in casserole dish.
  • Alternate layer of meat mixture, grated cheese and Fritos.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered.
