Ingredients
- 13 c. pears
- 10 c. sugar
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
- 3 lemons or 3 Tbsp. ReaLemon
Method
- Shred pears, not too small, or cut small with knife.
- Cook pears, sugar, pineapple and lemon on medium heat until the juice gets clear looking and boiling.
- Put into jars and seal.
