- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion
- 18 corn tortillas (frozen)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 can mild enchilada sauce
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown meat and onion.
- Add rest of liquids to make sauce.
- Put meat mix in bottom of casserole dish.
- Use tortilla shells for next layer.
- Alternate to the top of the dish with meat and tortillas.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Put in 350° to 400° oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
