Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion
  • 18 corn tortillas (frozen)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 can mild enchilada sauce
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Brown meat and onion.
  • Add rest of liquids to make sauce.
  • Put meat mix in bottom of casserole dish.
  • Use tortilla shells for next layer.
  • Alternate to the top of the dish with meat and tortillas.
  • Top with grated cheese.
  • Put in 350° to 400° oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
