Ingredients
- 5 or 6 squash, cut, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Method
- While squash are cooking, in blender or food processor, add soup to onion chunks and carrot chunks until blended.
- Add this mixture to the cooked and drained squash along with butter, sour cream and stuffing.
- Pour into well-greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
