Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (16 oz.) can small white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 c. sliced zucchini
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can sliced carrots
- 2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans beef broth
- 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. Ortega taco seasoning mix
Method
- In large saucepan over medium heat, brown beef with onions, stirring frequently.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil. Cover.
- Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
