Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can beef consomme soup
- 1 can onion soup
Method
- Pour rice in casserole dish.
- Brown pork chops on each side, not done, but brown.
- Place on rice.
- Cover rice and pork chops with beef consomme and onion soup.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
