Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 None onion, chopped
  • 1 oz taco seasoning mix
  • 1 None long red chili, deseeded, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 None avocado, pitted, peeled, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 None burger buns, toasted
  • 4 tbsp tomato salsa
  • 1 cup baby arugula

Method

  • For the burgers, combine ground beef, onion, taco seasoning and chili. Shape into 4 patties. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook burgers for 4-5 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking.
  • Meanwhile, for the avocado spread, combine avocado, sour cream and cilantro. Season. Spread over bottom buns. Top with a burger, salsa and arugula. Sandwich together with top buns. Serve.
