Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can mild enchilada sauce
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 6 oz. pkg. corn chips (minus 1 c.)
Method
- Bake at 375° in 2-quart casserole, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Spread the top with 1 1/2 cups sour cream.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated Cheddar and corn chips around the edges. Return to oven for 3 to 4 minutes.
